The overall objective of WP1 Project Management comprises planning, organization, coordination and controlling of the ADAM project in order to accomplish the targeted goals. In the project management the following aspects are addressed:
- Defining and implementing the project management plan before the start of the project including guidelines for deliverables, time targets and information flow
- Assembly and control of deliverables, periodic progress and of the final report
- Continuous monitoring of the project progress and supervision of each project results at each milestone
- Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks
- Coordination of exploitation of project results
- Relation to state of the art and interaction with developers, contact to related projects, international associations and standardization organizations.
- Supervision of gender equality aspects within the ADAM project.
